Online Star Party / Public Outreach

No real observing, but we will have an informal get together online.

There is one presentation planned- Howard Cohen has prepared a virtual sky viewing session that will be similar but more elaborate than the one he presented at our last month's virtual star party.

This time he will be using real images captured by a video camera system (though not his own) to give the feeling of a live star party. You can expect about twenty celestial objects in his tour.The presentation will show realistic views that one might see also through telescopes owned by many amateurs rather than from large, professional observatory instruments.
