Cowboys and the Cosmos

Enjoy the night sky at Paynes Prairie with a ranger and the Alachua Astronomy Club. Learn about constellations and possibly spot a meteor during the Perseid Meteor Shower!
Space limited to 50 people – Make a reservation by calling the Visitor Center at 352-466-4100, open 9am to 4pm daily.
(AAC MEMBERS - no volunteers or telescopes are needed. This is a pay for admission event only.)
Admission: $5 per person
Please arrive by 8pm.
